MorrowRim - Grazelands

New biome:

Adds a new Morrowind inspired biome, the Grazelands, along with a new wild plant. Grazelands biomes will randomly generate on top of ashlands biomes.

Flat pastoral land, covered in grass and occasional mushroom trees. These plains were once covered in clouds of ash from a nearby volcano, now the clouds have settled, and much of the ash has been absorbed into the ground. Like the ashlands, the terrain here is highly fertile, though large swathes of this fertility have decreased over time, and there is an almost complete lack of ash storms to replenish it.

The grazelands are a peaceful alternative to the ashlands, though with significantly more grass than other plant life. Ash storms are incredibly rare, and only the standard ash storm can occur, with blight storms never occurring. Certain plants and animals from the ashlands will not appear here.
