The Cosmic Odyssey - Victoria Valiant

Adds Victoria Valiant, Her Eternal Majesty, Everqueen of the Imperium, God-Empress of Alance, God-Slayer, Defender of Elvenkind, Shield of Atlas, Conqueror of the Stars and Guardian of the Cosmic Order, as your storyteller. She behaves sort of like Randy, but she generates more raids and with shorter cooldowns for you to recover. However, on the other hand, she also generates more events to make up this in raid difficulty.

Also adds a new difficulty called "Ragnarok awaits" which has 500% threat scale, with other variables set between Losing is fun and Blood and dust

More Frequent Events and Quest

Victoria drastically increases the amount of event and faction quests generated. Usually you will get an event everyday,sometimes twice thrice a day. In addition, there will be more orbital trader visits for you to sell your spoils of war.

More Raids With Less Breathing time

Victoria also increase the chance of an event being a major threat. With an increased amount of events, you have to prepare for a potential endless waves of enemy raid, animal manhunters, infestations, and mechanoid ship crushes.

Higher Population Cap

Victoria roughly doubles the soft population caps and allows you to have more pawns quicker.

The Cosmic Odyssey is a series of mods featuring The Alance Empire, a galactic empire of Elves, who call themselves Godwoken Elf. The Imperium is the major power in the region followed by two other Human interstellar civilizations.

The current ruler of The Alance Empire is God-Queen Victoria. She has been the supreme ruler ever since the Imperium left its home planet more than 3 Millenniums ago. For all of the Empire’s lifetime, her God-Queen has led her people to overcome and defeat enemy after enemy, from the unification of Atlas, her home planet, to the swarm of Insectoids; from breaking her people from gasp of Atlassian Gods to slaying against the True Gods corrupted by the Abyss.

The Alanian people never give up, they placed their faith in their God-Queen. However, concern about the consequences of having absolute power, Victoria decides to give her power back to the people. This created a system that is a mixture between monarchy and democracy. The people, the senate, the elite, and their God-Queen all have a say in deciding the Empire’s future.
