More Mod Wave Rewards

Adds some additional wave rewards of mod items to Winston Waves. Relevant rewards will only appear with their corresponding mod installed.

As many similar rewards were added to the base mod in 1.6, they are disabled in versions above 1.6

I strongly recommend installing compressed raid ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2377478084 ) for lategame Winston, else face several minute freezes every round and 1k+ raids. Also consider disabling the VE: Insectoids faction. Their meteor raid strategy will obliterate the entire map once large enough, even compressed raids won't remove the thousand meteors.
