HD Upscaled and redrawn version of Lolidrop's Hairshop

- Four times the texture quality!
- Completely redrawn by hand then upscaled to match modern modded texture quality.
    - Corrected the "*bleeding*" from the original hairs
    - Renamed the hairs to be easier to find

Update 5/31/2022:

• Heavily optimized .PNG & .DDS Files without the loss of quality, bringing down the file size from 43mb -> 25mb
• Made Female Hair 01's accessories from light pink to teal.
• Made Female Hair 08's accessories light blue.
• Added proper masking to female hair's "01, 08, 10". Accessories will not get colorized when hair changes color.
• Fixed more hair bleeding.

Update 5/14/2022:

• Added "Lolidrop's Hairshop" as a dependency
• Mod now uses patches instead of Defs
• Updated "Lolidrop HD Female 10" to have color in the accesories instead of using hair color

In the original mod textures, there's some strange bleedout \ artifacting that the original author never corrected.

Notice how the hair "bleeds" onto the outer area's where there isn't supposed to be anything.

I've corrected some of the bleedout but not all of them are done yet. In the future I'll update the mod once I've finished.
