Hyacinth's Ratkin Facial Animation

Adds facial animations for New Ratkin Plus, using functions from Nals Facial Animation mod.

Recommend using with Camera+ and Nals Experimentals mod.

Updates: 2022/8/24: Added starry eyes with another kind of lid.

    2023/1/26: Added ">  <" shaped emoticons when downed.

    2023/2/11: Removed ">  <" emotion because it causes the eye mapping to be lost when pawn falls to the ground.
