Roo's Painting Expansion

• This mod adds in a new art form: paintings. Pawns can create either classical or modern paintings that draw from a unique pool of graphics and descriptions.

• Research the arts, construct an easel and start painting. Decorate your art studio with cosmetic props, such as canvases and paint spills- or even construct an art cabinet to help catalyse your artist’s next masterpiece.

• The mod works without any DLC or other mods but is best used alongside the Ideology DLC.

• Does not require the Ideology DLC but benefits from it. • Do not use alongside Roo's Painting Expansion HD. Use either one only. • Incompatibilities will be listed here as they are reported.

Q: Can I add this to an existing save? A: I don't see why not, however, I wouldn’t personally risk adding mods during a run.

Q: I can't build an easel or create a certain type of painting. A: Check your research tab. You can find the research for classical paintings and modern paintings on the left-most side of the vanilla research map.

**Q: I can't seem to spawn a specific painting. ** A: Check the Painting Types guide and ensure that your Ideology allows the corresponding style of that painting.

Q: Is the mod available at a higher resolution? A: Yes. You can download a HD version of this mod here.

Q: Can I swap to/from the HD version mid-game? A: Yes, both mods use the same Defs. Just make sure not to activate them both at the same time.
