Description:

Do you think it's a waste for the crystallization of the mech race's technology - the shield core to be made into a consumable low-shield pack? Do you want to use the shield core to make stronger equipment? I think so too. That's why I made this mod. It adds a newresearch, two shield belts and a low-shield pack.

advanced shield belt	A improved projectile-repulsion device. It has more shield energy but recharge slower if broken. It will attempt to stop incoming projectiles or shrapnel while allowing the wearer fire out, but does nothing against melee attacks or heat. It will shut down instantly if hit by EMP.	1 Shield Core, 3 Advanced Components, 50 Plasteel	400 energy, can use range weapons.
advanced melee shield belt	A improved projectile-repulsion device. It uses most of its energy to attempt to stop everything incoming. It will reduce wearer's damage taken by 40% while provide some protection against range weapon. Wearer can't fire out with it. The range weapon protection part will shut down instantly if hit by EMP.	1 Shield Core, 4 Advanced Components, 50 Plasteel	Incoming Damage Factor -40%
advanced low-shield pack	A reusable man-portable low-shield projector. Deployed, and it will generates a circular shield that allows bullets out but not in. The unit use advanced components to protect itself from burning out. You need to replace the protection circuit before the next use.	1 Shield Core, 8 Advanced Components, 100 Plasteel	Rechargeable, use 3 Advanced Components

Compatibility:

Compatible with any mods that add shield gears. Compatible with Toggleable Shields. Compatible with Packs Are Not Belts. If you have this mod, advanced low-shield pack will use torso slot instead of waist.
