Q: Why does have ?

A: Because i don't know or care enough to attempt understanding vanilla balancing, please do submit better values, should upload these mods to github soon, open for requests.

Q: Is this compatible with Combat Extended? A: Better question would be if it works without. (yes, as far as the game in genera "works" without CE)

Q: Safe to add/remove midgame? A: Safe to add midgame. Safe to remove midgame, but you will get a harmless one-time error.
