Do Recreation When Idle

Many people are commenting about the recreation loop issue and/or incompatibility. This was a commissioned mod and my programming is limited, so I likely won't be able to make a patch myself.

Seobongzu has made a simplified version that should have increased compatibility, and Yefreitor has an alternative that adds recreation as a worktype.

Introduction

A mod that makes pawns do more recreational activities when idle. Uses simple patches to make joy increase slower and decrease faster when joy is high and pawns are idle.

Boredom is not touched, as it rises at the same rate as joy, and therefore also rises slower. Idle pawn notification is also still present.

This is one of my first Harmony and C# mods, so please inform me of any issues and I will fix it as soon as possible.

Compatibility

Should be compatible with most mods, but the Harmony patches may conflict with performance or need mods. Please inform me if you find anything, and with what it's incompatible with.

I've tried looking into fixes for these issues, but I don't have the knowledge needed. If someone does and want to help, any help would be appreciated.

Infinite Recreation Loop: There's reports of some incompatibilities creating an infinite recreation loop, but it's not entirely clear through reports which mods. The mods below, either alone or in combination with others have been known to cause this. Please report so I can add them to the list.

Incompatible with:

• RocketMan - Creates an infinite loop of recreation activity. It can also happen with some other performance mods.

• Need Bar Overflow - Reported to cause issues, but haven't been able to replicate. Please inform of any issues if you experience it.

• Alpha Books - Reported to cause issues.

Compatible with:

• Prison Labor

Should be safe to add mid-game, and probably also remove, but removing mods is always at your own risk.

Help Wanted

If you are a C# coder and want to help, this mod could need help in improving the code beyond just being functional and in improving compatibility, as I myself am not a coder.
