Adds a bunch of star wars flavored Dub's Hygiene stuff (11/26/2024 rebalanced stats and revamped mod description)

I did a full archonexus triple-playthrough with an Outer Rim modlist and I was always so sad when I had to make a modern day lookin boiler room, so I relearned how to draw vector art and hopefully you like what I drew. Or I'll cry. Here's the details:

I~~'d have~~ made this mod description fancier but I gotta sleep early I have an interview tomorrow if you are reading this uhhhhhhhhhhhhh i hope you like it i spent way too long on this. Don't use blender to draft ideas for rimworld art in 3d. Holy god. I wasted like a whole day. All this stuff is just from the top down. That cool sphere water tower with the cool leg design is just gonna be a circle from the top down. I joined the Rimworld discord server to see if I could ask for tips and Sir Van sent me like a full graphic with instructions that perfectly answered my exact question. That's like asking reddit if anyone has good tips on making sandwiches better and then Gordon Ramsey answers you. I expected like some anime dude to tell me something obscene.

oh my god i was gonna patch it so if you have Outer Rim Core it would all be researched with light installations instead of the various DBH research things, someone r emind m e~~ in like an amount of time i ~~should be sleeping rn
