Fishing Spots and Angler Kits

This is a lightweight module to optimize your fishing experience.

**1. Added a fishing spot. Your colonists will prioritize fishing at this fishing spot. They can only be placed in the fishing area or next to the fishing area. This way your colonists won't run around to other places to fish **

**2. Added a fishing man folding chair, placed at the fishing point, which can provide some comfort for the colonists fishing and prevent them from feeling depressed **

**3. Added a bait box, filled with worm meat or kibble, which can increase the fishing speed of surrounding colonists by 50% **

4. Golden Fishing Rod (Lucky Fishing Rod): Equipped with this rod, the character can use two fishing rods simultaneously. This greatly increases fishing speed and efficiency, and also benefits from the lucky bonus provided by the golden rod. ~~ (Still in development, to be updated this week) ~~ Already implemented

The 5-day cooldown for rare item drops has been removed; there is now no cooldown.

**Tips: Not only the Fishing Man Folding Chair can be placed on the fishing spot, but other chairs can also be placed on the fishing spot (if you have a chair with higher comfort,,,). However, other chairs cannot be placed in the water, but the Fishing Man Folding Chair can be placed on the fishing spot.
