Adds a unique character—Koelime—to the game, who possesses special abilities and the power to switch forms. Key features include the ability to shift between human and dragon forms, two distinct skill sets, and a super-sized appetite ().

Character Background: Koelime was born in a remote star sector beyond human detection, where the Ancient Draconic Empire—a dynasty of elder dragons—rules over multiple fringe star systems. She is the granddaughter of the Draconic Emperor himself, daughter of the emperor's eldest son.

Though initially cherished by the emperor, this favor was short-lived. The bloodline power hidden within young Koelime contained a force so terrifying that even the emperor feared it. Her own family and clan regarded her as a monster, and out of this fear, the Draconic Emperor personally ordered the exile of the still-young Koelime.

Through the long passage of time, the experiences of her childhood did not corrupt her inherent nature. She now focuses her interests on discovering delicacies across the cosmos. In pursuit of her passion, she has traveled among different star sectors, becoming a wanderer drifting between the stars.

Colony Joining Condition: Triggered by a letter event when the colony's stockpile contains 30 or more Carnivore Lavish Meals.

Dual Form Skill Sets:

Human Form: Skills focus on group support, providing powerful buffs to other colonists or protecting them from harm in combat.

Dragon Form: Skills emphasize high damage output, using scorching dragon breath to inflict massive damage on enemies, even summoning meteors to unleash devastating area-of-effect attacks.

Progression Mechanism – Favor System: After joining the colony, Koelime's abilities advance through a Favor system. As Favor increases, she enhances her existing capabilities and unlocks more powerful skills. Favor grows over time and with the amount of meat (or any food containing meat products) consumed by Koelime.
