The Black Lily Order State is established on an industrial world where Ratkin and humans maintain extensive interactions.

The Ratkin Kingdom organizes knightly orders of all sizes to defend humanity against invasions by the Mechanoids and various anomalies, in exchange for vast sums of money and industrial goods.

One such Ratkin order, known as the “Black Lily,” was originally formed to protect trade routes and provide medical aid to travelers. During a Mechanoid invasion, its original stronghold was completely destroyed, forcing the order to return to the Ratkin Kingdom for reorganization before being deployed to guard the kingdom’s borders. However, after a military conflict, the Grand Commander of the order broke with the kingdom, and the order formally seceded.

Following their separation, the order found itself in a dire situation. Their settlements faced constant threats from Mechanoids, while knights and special forces from the Ratkin Kingdom hunted them down. Forced to stand united, they established the Black Lily Order State in the wastelands.

The Black Lily Order State is dedicated to developing weapons and armor capable of combating heavily armored units. It also maintains a comprehensive hierarchy and military academy system, ensuring that every citizen can become a capable soldier when attacks occur.
