Info Card Plus

The vanilla info card is one long scrolling list. This mod changes it into a layout that's easier to understand at a glance, with clear icons, categories and grouped stat cards.

• Keeps track of recently viewed info cards. You can open 2-3 items, tick them in the new "recently viewed" list, and compare them side by side on all the stats they share. Or select several things in-game and press the new compare button. You can also pin your favourite stats so they stay at the top.

• DPS display for ranged weapons, including one adjusted for the weapon's average accuracy.

• Deconstruct / destroy yields displayed for buildings.

• Works on everything that has an info card: items, weapons, apparel, pawns, buildings, plants, animals, factions, and modded content.

• Tons of new info for biomes, bases and factions (vanilla only has description like "a base of one of the factions")

Performance

The UI elements are cached and calculating their layout happens once when you open the window, so each frame is just drawing rectangles and low res icons at known positions. And it only runs while the info card window is open, so nothing changes performance-wise while you're actually playing.

Compatibility

Visual changes only. It changes no game logic, so modded items and modded stats should show up exactly as their authors defined them. Works with CE.

Safe to add to an existing save or remove from one.

Includes a compatibility patch for vehicle framework which includes an almost 1:1 copy of the code for info card ui from vanilla for some reason.

Not compatible with BetterInfoCard. Both replace the same info card drawing code.
