Equip a kit as an accessory with forced equip or by adding it to an outfit, and its buttons appear while the colonist is selected.

Medkits

• Bandage wounds on the spot, no doctor and no walk to a hospital bed.

• Three tiers, each holding 20 doses and refilled with its own medicine: the medicine bag at a crafting spot with herbal medicine, the medkit at a tailoring bench with normal medicine, and the glitterworld medkit with ultratech medicine.

• Tend Self tends all of the wearer's own wounds where they stand.

• Tend In Bed sends them to the nearest medical bed first, for the tend quality bonus.

• Tend Target picks another pawn and tends them, even in the middle of a firefight.

• Auto lets doctors reach for the kit before going to fetch medicine, so tending does not stall while someone walks across the base.

• Uses remaining are shown on the kit, and it reloads from your medicine stock like any reloadable.

Repair kits

• Crafted at a tailoring bench and worn as an accessory.

• +12% construction speed, construction success chance and repair success chance.

• While repairing a broken down building the wearer can salvage the broken component instead of losing it, with the chance based on their construction skill.

• Salvaged components are repaired back into working components at a machining table for 10 steel.

• Holds three components and reloads from your stockpile.
