First person view recommended. Having your sound on helps. If any area is too dark, try turning off shadows.
Update: All should be back up and running now. Let me know if there are any other major issues.
You'll see some spud ammo in various spots, but you don't need it to complete any of the levels. The issue was with enabling ammo consumption. The levels were working with ammo consumption turned on selectively, but way back when they did the last update it turned on ammo consumption for everything. So any spud gun, and anything dependent on a spud gun going off, didn't work if it wasn't attached to an ammo container. To fix it I just turned off ammo consumption all together for the levels that had spud guns. It'd be nice if you could just select ammo consumption on/off for an individual spud gun, similar to how you can turn a sensor's sound on/off.
