Hello, This is my dock for medium to large ships. It was designed and built with the intent of making it easier to build and deploy ships and boats into the water. This is why it includes a large crane and flat building area. It also features a small garage in case you would like to store your car.
SETUP:
- Find a peninsula (bit of land that juts out into the water).
- Build a small pillar on the edge (3-6 blocks tall should do it).
- Load the dock on your lift.
- Weld the underside of one of the corners of the thinner part to the top of the pillar
CRANE CONTROLS: 1 - Slide crane over water 2 - Lift platform 3 - Lower platform into water (recommended to turn of "lift platform" for extra depth) 4 - Enable counterweight adjustment 5 - Slide counterweight out (for heavier ships) 6 - Slide counterweight in
