マルチプレイでの使用を前提とした対人用シナリオMODです。

This mod has a scenario. Germany,Soviet Union,Britain,Italy,France,Turkey and Scandinavia are playable. All countries have same industries (except Germany) and more-balanced other conditions. Here's details of industry.

• Civilian factories:90(Germany has 100 because of its place)

• Military factories:65

• Shipyards:0

• 登場国はドイツ、ソ連、イタリア、イギリス、フランス、トルコ、スカンジナヴィア。

• 各国の初期国力や初期研究を同程度に調整。

• 民需100、軍需70、造船0＊独は立地的不利から民需+10

• 全ての国共通で歩兵65師団軽戦車12師団。

This is MOD for assuming Multi for 7 persons, from 1939. (Sorry, AI is not clever. Almost it's like the Vanila!) -From the begining, there is only great 7 Countries near Europe. Germany, Soviet Union,UK, Italy, France, Turkey and Scandinavia. -Country power(such as number of Factories and condition of the Reserch) is adjusted almost same for each country. -Number of Civilian factory is 90, Military factory is 65, Naval dockyard is 0. (*Germany Civilian Factory is 10 plused, this is for geographical disadvantage.He is sandwitched by others.)

帝国主義みたいな、武力による併合のみではなく、他プレイヤーとの対バランスを保つための対話、そして譲歩の外交の面白さに重きを置いています(だから、AI相手じゃなくて友達と話しながら遊んでね！彼らは譲歩を知らない！） This MOD is not only focusing on consolidation and defeating by overwelming military force like the Imperialism, but forcussing on fun for interaction and concession with other players not in war like diplomacy, to keep balance. (So, please play with your friends with speaking, not with AI! They do not know concession!!!!!)

他プレイヤーをトークで煽り、騙し、阿って、バランスを壊して勝利を手に入れよう Let's inflame, beguile and sell the flatery to other players with your talking, to break the balance and get the Victory.
