Fix for light tanks - The Great War

This is a fix for Wolferos's Hearts of Iron IV: The Great War mod. In version 0.4.2 the mod suddenly acquired an incredibly annoying bug, making it impossible to produce the light tanks, it seems, at least until the 30's. Moreover, all the proper light tank names are seemingly gone.

The problem seems to be with the equipment file, that somehow lack proper lines from previous version, causing the root of problem. So i replaced the troubled file with the file from the old version, which works perfectly fine - you can produce all the tanks and they are called what they are supposed to be.

Now, I posted all the way to fix the problem in the main mod thread, but I also decided to upload a fix to workshop, so people could skip all the modding mumbo jumbo.

This is a separate small fix, for Great War mod, 0.4.2. Thanks to MrBlazzar™ I was able to figure it out. It requires base mod to work, unlike the first version.

Attention. The fix is semi save game incompatible. If you use it with a save game after you research the first light tank technology, you won't be able to produce it, sorry. However, unless you play Ironman, you can load the save game before you first researched the light tank technology. And it'll work fine.

This mod doesn't belong to me. It's fully created by Wolfero and his team. I just repackaged it. All the files were already created previously, it's just that it seems they were, for some unknown reason, not included in 4.0.2
