Balkanized America [1.4, development postponed]

Based on the alternate history by Matthew White.

Includes about a dozen new north american countries. Political and Military leaders have been reassigned to their proper country. Most countries even have historical communist and fascist leaders.

Guys, please. It's been over two and a half years since I updated this. Since you can't take a hint, it's not likely I'm going to update the mod. If YOU want to update it, feel free to message me. I will freely provide the source and the resources I used and license them under GPL3. I'll even link to your update. I just respectfully ask you credit me.

I might update it someday, but you're gonna be waiting a long time. I have a life outside HOI modding. I make no money off this, and all my spare time nowadays is devoted to developing online games.
