Removes the limits placed on each ideology and allows all ideologies to be boosted by any country.
Important Changes: Fascists can force change government Neutral can actually do things Democratic and neutral can justify war and get better trade, economy, and conscription laws, and puppet
To Do: Volunteer Laws, not sure if I should touch the volunteers limit too Lend-Lease, only requires a country be at war but I may consider changing this Decisions to change specific settings
Compatibility: To overwrite other mods that affect the vanilla ideologies use the compatibility version; https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1353470670. Obviously, this does not work with mods that create new ideologies. Unfortunantly, it appears the single mod that I can't overwrite with either version is the Road to 56, even though it should technically be overwritten by the compatibility version, I will have to investigate further.
Future Plans: There is a way that I could change ANY (modded or vanilla) ideologie's rules by event, however this is not possible with laws.
