Hearts of Iron: Puppet Overhaul adds new autonomy systems to the game, replacing the default fascist system with a more appropriately named military system, making the reichsprotectorates unique to germany. It also adds a non-aligned royalist system for historical monarchies such as non-aligned germany, hungary, and yugoslavia. Finally, it adds a new autonomy system for all communist nations.
Requirements: This mod pretty much requires you to have Together for Victory. If you don't have that, sorry bud.
Compatability: This mod is probably not going to work with anything that changes the autonomous_states files. However, it should work fine with most other mods that are coded well. This mod is specifically compatible and designed to play with Steff's great Puppet Flags and Colours mod, and has been designed so that the localisation files will still work with this mod running.
