More Volunteers Decision

** This mod creates a More Volunteers decision which makes the following changes:

• Removes restrictions that prevent players from sending volunteers to countries at war
• Adds 100 Divisions to the maximum volunteer force size
• Reduces number of divisions required to send a volunteer force by 75%
• Decreases Send volunteers tension limit by 100%
• Decreases Lend-lease tension limit by 100%

*Note: AI is restricted from selecting this decision.

Compatibility All files are unique to this mod and should not interfere with other mods. Actions taken that effect volunteer or lend-lease settings may counter-act the effects of this mod.
