Border Conflict: Annexation, demilitirization and resource rights (Outdated)

I have only added in some more customization which allows the winner of a border war to

Annex the state

You can integrate this state and annex it yourself. note that it does not become a core but that can be fixed in an upcoming update.

Demilitarize the state

(like how Japan did in Shanghai) This is a fancy tactic for forcing limited war peace treaties on other countries. This can be abused so that a whole shared border with a country can be demilitarized.

Demand resource rights of that state

Like many revisionist powers you'll want to open up trade by force and extract precious materials without the coring issues or new systems of resistance occupation coming in the next big update. This option just gives you access to all resources of the state you won the border war in.

Another note

After every border war there has been a set effect for damage to buildings and infrastructure which will take time to fix and repair.
