What this mod seeks to do: #1 Make the production more realistic in HOI 4 #2 Make it possible to use late game technology without killing your production. #3 make the game funner over all but not OP it is still balanced. #4 Change the meta no longer will superior firepower and mass producing arty and AT because of how cheap it is be what causes you to win. All strategies are viable now. #5 Change how much manpower is taken up reducing it and raising it in some circumstances. EI a single fighter takes up 20 manpower, half tracks usually fit 12 units IRL in hoi4 they fit 24 reduced manpower.
