Rise of Omsk: Permanent Revolution

"During the Russian civil war the reds and the whites were basically split up by the Urals. Neither side could successfully take over the other and a seize fire was called. Red Russia became the soviet union as we know but without Siberia and white Russia became the republic of Siberia. After 8 years due political instability the new republic of Siberia collapsed into several different factions. The Soviets slowly started influencing the new states and many became sort of puppet governments of the Soviet union. Its currently 1936 and Omsk led by KGB is seeking to unite Siberia again under one banned. With or without Soviet help."
