"What if Austria-Hungary won WW1?"

This is an alternative history scenario where Austria-Hungary managed to win the Great War and managed to stablize itself, rather than collapse. The result is a struggle for power in Europe between the German Empire and Austria-Hungary. All while the other powers are desperate to seek their revenge on the victorious Central Powers. The First Weltkrieg will probably not be the last. Everything lies in your hands to decide who will rule Europe in the Victory of the Dual Monarchy Mod.

Credits

This mod was originally under development by a single person, but since early 2020, an actual dedicated development team for the mod has started to take shape. The following names are all usernames from developers in the Official Discord Server:

Used assets

Due to our small development team, we are using several GFX-assets from other mods. By using their assets we are obligated to give them credit for what is their creation and product. We use assets from the following mods:

• Kaiserreich ; base-code, portraits, focus icons, company and national spirit icons, equipment and technology icons, event pictures, and several UI elements

• Kaiserredux ; portraits

We want to thank both of these mods for allowing us to use their amazing work in our mod.

Troubleshooting when loading

With the introduction of the new PDX Launcher for Hearts of Iron IV, several people have run into instances where their Steam Workshop mods fail to load. If you are experiencing this issue, please contact one of our developers in our Discord Server

Bug Reports

Any bugs, crashes, errors and/or typos you may encounter during your playthrough can be submitted in Discord Server. In the end we are all humans, so bugs will always occur. Most of them will be hopefully be addressed in the next update.

Comments Disabled

People use to be allowed to post comments on the Workshop page, but we disabled them for two reasons:

1. because we rarely come here to respond to comments, and 2) because, even when we did, there's no way for users to know we've responded. Any comments or questions are best directed to our Discord (link above), where they'll be responded to much more quickly. Same applies to Bugs or other issues that you've encountered. Thanks for your understanding.
