All Majors VS All Minors: Mengkukuo's Rise

The events in this mod take place over the first two and a half months of the game, setting the scene for the big conflict that will break out. I will warn that in this time there are some large lags spikes while the factions are being set up.

I have made some changes to the current game to make this mod work better:

• Spanish civil war is disabled (Note: I do not own La Resistance yet and have only disabled this event without the DLC. It might be worth disabling La Resistance if Spain keeps breaks out into a civil war.)
• Croatia breaking free of Yugoslavia is disabled.
• All minor nations will be turned into major nations when they join the United Minor Nations faction. This will mean that all the minor nations will need to be capitulated to end the war.

This mod is a WIP and I have more ideas to improve the gameplay. Future plans include:

• A focus tree for Mengkukuo.
• Potential civil wars in Britain and Japan.
• New events for countries bordering the major nations.
