Manchukuo/Qing China Minor Aesthetics

This mod aims to make some very minor changes to Manchukuo, AKA Qing China, specifically to make your Assertiveness run slightly more authentic.

WAKING THE TIGER IS REQUIRED

Changes: • Allows Chinese voice files to trigger when selecting army units for Manchukuo/Qing China. Finally fixed in the base game! • For the unique autonomy system used by Japan in Waking the Tiger, I have swapped around the names for each autonomy level. The order was previously, from least to most autonomous, 'Imperial Protectorate' -> 'Imperial Associate' -> 'Imperial Subject', but now it is 'Imperial Protectorate' -> 'Imperial Subject' -> 'Imperial Associate', as I believe it makes more sense from a historical and geopolitical standpoint to regard 'associates' as normally having more autonomy than 'subjects'. • The music files "Battle of Wuhan" and "War of Resistance" will now have a higher chance of playing for Manchukuo/Qing in weighted shuffle, but only if they are either A: Free, or B: an Imperial Associate of Japan. Also, "Empire of the Sun" has a higher chance of playing for Manchukuo/Qing if you are either an Imperial Subject or Protectorate of Japan.

This mod should be ironman, multiplayer, and savegame compatible, as it only changes around localization and sound files, and thus will not change the checksum of the game.
