Hello, dear America--- err, sorry, wrong faction! Hello wastelanders and welcome to Militus' Mod! Below you'll find some information about the mod itself, future plans for it, what it is compatible with and more! Please make sure to check the thread's made by me for bug reports, suggestions and the like.

** Please be warned that some of the descriptions suggest NSFW content and should not be read if you are triggered by these things! **

** What is it about?** This submod is a new, custom nation compilation mod that plans to explore the entire region of Colorado and the surrounding region.

** What nations are included so far? ** The Undying Outcasts are a very small nation that starts off in a very weak state in the east of Yampa, in the state of Sulphur Springs. They are a self-imposed outcast group of the Western Brotherhood of Steel with a diverse choice of ideology to follow.

The Withered Dogs, a nation split heavily between multiple leading figures after being cast out of their homes. Do you take the path of the former national guard, the Old Dog? Do you want to make an undead army of ghouls as the Necromancer? Or would you rather have the Chinese survivors rule this group?

Yampa, a river tribe that is heavily influened by nature... yet threatened by the possibility of the neighbouring communist ghouls!

The Painted Men, who struggle with their future leader potentionally becoming an insane satanist who wishes to see the other religious powers burnt to a crisp.

** What is the next nation you want are going to include? **

At the time, I will be working on the main OWB mod more. I have many, many planned updates primarily for the Undying Outcasts I will work on whenever I have time. Due to real life just being a bit unpleasant at the moment and my inspiration lacking, I really want to focus on the main mod.

** Why not make several submods instead of one?**

Simple: Compatibility. From what I have been told it will be harder to make multiple mods work together, it is for that reason I decided to work on this compilation of nations.

As already explained above somewhat, there are many future plans! Here is a list of some of them.

Upcoming features & to do list

• Making nations toggleable so people can choose which ones to turn on and which ones to turn off.

• Add more bypasses to focuses.

• Several events and decisions about the special wargoals, especially Boulder Dome and a chance to unleash The New Plague on yourself.

• Change laws for choosing certain ideologies, like allowing slavery for the WBH alliance & Empire of Crime.

• Stricter requirements for joining factions through a focus (for example, have a positive opinion)

• Change sprites for some of the faction choices (Joining NCR would give you NCR sprites)

• Custom advisors and generals. This was part of initial release but was pushed back.

• Expand Ideology trees further for The Undying Outcasts.

• Five more special wargoals for Vault City, New Vegas, Area 51, Mariposa and Navarro.

• Custom leader traits

• Territory disputes. (allowing you to demand land when somebody else has taken over your wargoal target)

• Certain conquests will allow you the choice to execute or integrate leaders and technology.

• AI priority & search filters. (search filters will only be start of trees) (More in the change logs of each update!)

• Old World Blues - TEXASDCPSSZCaS Mod Compilation 2! has the mod merged with it. You can disable my mod compilation and simply play the Submod Compilation instead! Make sure to leave a like or a favourite on here if you like it though! It's also easier to post here if you have any questions regarding this mod specifically.

Want to help?

I'm always looking for any kind of help people are willing to provide, but the biggest thing you can do is play the mod and give me your opinions on it! Other than that, here are some ways.:

• Are you good at making GFX? Want to help make them for the mod? Let me know!

• Suggestions should be made in the sub-forum!

• You can try posting your bug reports in the bug-report sub-forum so I can more easily keep track!

• Vote on polls!

• You could Donate if you really want to, but I did this because I enjoyed it. I legally own none of the assets used in this submod and can take no credit for them other than putting it together. Please check the credits.

• Like watching streams? Awesome! I stream (primarily horror & VR) games on Twitch! Be sure to check it out. At this time I am not in my own country and am unable to do much, but I will be again soon enough!
