Construction Speed +100%

I made Mod because of a request. This Mod increases Construction speed by +100% for all Nations!

• Save-Game Compatible!
• I created a unique .lua file to maximize Compatibility with other Mods so it is compatible with all Mods that do not change the same Command!

Full Change Log:

-Changed "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 5" to "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 10" thus increasing Construction speed by +100%
