This Mod decreases Construction Speed by -50%.

This mod does not alter any existing game files and as such is compatible with basically all other Mods!

Full Change Log:

-Changed "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 5" to "BASE_FACTORY_SPEED = 2.5" thus decreasing Construction speed by -50% -Created a unique .lua file to maximize Compatibility with other Mods.
