No Starting Factions & Guarantees = Free For All!

This Mod removes all starting Factions and Guarantees! - Dieser Mod entfernt alle Start-Fraktionen und Garantien! (Fuer Deutsche Beschreibung bitte weiter unten schauen!)

-No More Monroe Doctrine! US guarantees are gone and so finally South-America won't do nothing all game anymore! -France won't try to involve itself anymore in wars in the balkans which it shouldn't be in as it has the German threat right at their door! -Factions will now form dynamically over the course of the game which makes for great Alt-History Scenarios! -This should also make peace conferences much more enjoyable as less countries will participate!

If you also want to remove the other nation's AIs desire to ever create a new faction over the course of the game and also remove all Factions that are automatically created per national focus (Like the Little Entente etc) please look here: It is compatible with this mod!

I decided to keep the 2 Mods seperate so people can choose between if they want the AI nations to create new factions or not.

Full Changelog: -Removed Allies, Comintern and Axies Factions for 1936 and 1939 starts. -Removed Guarantees which the following countries had put out: USA(All of South America), CZE(ROM,YUG), ROM(CZE&TUR), ITA(Albania),FRA(CZE,YUG,ROM)

This Mod is compatible with all Mods that do not change the USA, CZE, ROM, ITA, GER, ENG, SOV, FRA files from the history>countries folder.

-Die Allierten, Comintern und Axies Fraktionen wurden entfernt! -Alle Garantien die die Laender am Anfang ausgesprochen haben wurden entfernt! -In Sued-Amerika ist nichtmehr das ganze Spiel lang nur tote Hose! -Frankreich geraet nichtmehr in Kriege wegen den Garantien an denen es nicht teilnehmen sollte weil es sich selbst kaum verteidigen kann. -Fraktionen bilden sich jetzt dynamisch im Laufe des Spiels was fuer interessante Alt-History Szenarien sorgen kann. -Endlich sind Friedensverhandlungen weniger nervig da weniger Laender daran teilnehmen!
