50 Factories "PER_LINE"

This mod was requested from me so here it is! It increases the amount of CIV Factories you can build with at the same time to 50 instead of the regular 15!

-This will speed up Construction by a lot if you actually have 50 Factories to build with! -The AI Nations will also be affected by this! -Save-Game Compatible! -I created a unique .lua file so it is compatible with all Mods that do not change this one Command!

Full Changelog: -MAX_CIV_FACTORIES_PER_LINE = 50
