10 Factories "PER_LINE" - More Construction Projects

This mod was requested from me so here it is! It changes the amount of Factories you can construct with to 10! Which means finally more construction projects at the same time!

Its for people who want to have more flexibility in their construction efforts. Its Compatible with Save-Games & most other Mods.

Limiting the Factories to 10 does slow down Construction time a bit as well so if you dislike that fact you can speed Construction up with one of these 2 Mods thare are compatible with this one!:

Overview:

The game sadly does not allow you to allocate how many factories you want to be using for construction and forces you to use all factories on one project even if you would like to split them up between projects so this mod had to be made!

-Limiting Building to 10 Factories per Construction Project enables you and the AI to build more buildings at the same time which is especially nice for nations that do not have 100 Civ factories to start with.

• Even for big countries it is not really making them weaker because they can build more stuff at the same time which balances things out quite nicely.

-It improves the value of having high infrastructure across more states(compared to the 2 - 3 states where normally nearly all construction is concentrated) as the construction speed buffs become more meaningful.

-It spreads Construction over a longer period which prevents the rediculously fast construction speeds late game with high tech, national modifier and adviser which makes the big countries often suddenly explode in power and end the game too soon.

Full Changelog:

• MAX_CIV_FACTORIES_PER_LINE = 10 (Instead of 15) -created a unique .lua file to maximise compatibility with other mods.

This mod is compatible with most (if not all) other mods! As long as the other mod does not change this particular line of code the mod will be compatible!
