Faster Focus Tree (Halved) (works with all mods)

Decreases time to finish National Focus. This Mod always half the needed days. From normaly 70days to 35days. From normaly 35days to 17days...... This mod works whit other mods who also has a completely new Nation Focus Tree, except: End of a New Beginning Old World Blues
