No joining or creating factions mod

Are you annoyed when you're invading a small country and then all of a sudden they join a major faction or create one of their own and others start joining in, dragging the entire world into a three-way world war? Well this is the mod for you! This mod adds two new game rules that disable joining factions and creating them.

Note: countries can still join or create factions through events, focuses and decisions.

Mod compatibility: Should be compatable with most mods unless you're playing a major mod like TNO that already disables these options then I recommend you don't enable this mod for compatibility reasons.
