American Focus Rework UPDATED

This is a continuation of Mr Tsubodai's own American Focus Rework mod.

*Note: If you experience issues with every nation's focus tree being replaced; find the file in your workshop folder and remove the 'replace.path=' line from the descriptor.mod. Paradox seems to like adding lines to this folder and this causes it replace all of the focuses in the world. Thanks to Hunter for finding this.

I take no credit for anything done here. The mod was severely outdated and (in my opinion) the only good American focus tree mod designed for vanilla. (How was the Man the Guns one worse?)

Development stopped over a year ago and the description of the mod was replaced with:

I had to remove most of the alternative history content, primarily the CSA and other civil war nations as they were causing alot of issues. The focuses 'Industrialization Of the South', 'Industrialization Of the West' and 'Naval Act' have had some of their rewards removed as they were relying on states which did not exist. One minor decision 'Expand Birmingham' was also removed for the same reason. If there is enough interest I may consider trying to find a work around for these but this is just to actually allow the game to work with the mod, not to fully reactive it.
