Use This

Introduction

A simple mod that allows you to move your capital to a CORE state, this is useful to delay an enemy from winning, although losing your original is still really costly, like they say, desperate times call for desperate measures.

** Due to the 1.11 update, you can only set a state not a province to become your capital. ** This means you can't pick which city in a state becomes you capital. I might be able to find a workaround at some point.
