"Training Time" not working properly No, it's working as intended by the game engine. "-100%" option is here to offset various de-buffs. If your total training time modifiers goes above 100% the game bugs out and your divisions cannot train at all. ** + <VANILLA/LEGIT-BUFF(S)> ≤ 100% **

"General Army Size" and "Field Marshall Army Group Size" modifiers are disabled Yes, they are. I really want to include this modifiers in the list of buffs, but they just don't want to work properly. I am looking for a workaround, let me know in the comments if you know how to apply these modifiers properly.
