Tabula Rasa means cleared slate, a blank start. (1.19)
This mod removes all but the most rudimentary of tech, giving all nations the same base start. All armies are deleted, all navies & air-forces also. You are given a small cache of manpower & rifles, the rest is up to you.
Politics are also randomised, so every play-through should be a little different. Human players will start with 25% support divided between the parties, all AI nations will be randomised between 10 different political combinations unless DLC overwrites.
I have had some fascinating games playing this mod, certainly a nice change from the 'usual game'. It feels like a whole new game to me.
I have not tested this playing as every major, so if you are bumping into some 'Idea Tree' blocks, let me know & I am happy to update to allow for it. I have tweaked Germany, Italy, USA & Japan so far.
I have tried to make this inter-mod friendly. It certainly works with all mine fine. My 'Paint the Planes' & 'Paint the Guns' are recommended, but not mandatory requirements.
Note: Mod is not achievement compatible.
