Bigger Railway Gun and Sound Loop Fix

This mod is Iron man compatible.

This mod doubles the size of railway guns to make them more imposing and stand out more. Replaces Generic Railway guns with the Japanese model, as it is "Taller" and thus bigger then being "Longer" and smaller.

If you have the Götterdämmerung Expansion, the Wonder Weapons Expansion, this mod will change all the Generic Super Heavy Railway guns to the German Super Heavy Railway gun as the default Generic Super heavy Railway Gun uses the English Super Heavy, which is almost no different from Generic Non-Super Heavy Railway Guns.

Additionally, the US Super Heavy Railway Gun was suspiciously really small compared to other models, so this mod also increases the model size to match the other nations's model.

Note: The sound loop has been fixed by the developers, now this mod only really changes the scale of the railway guns and swaps out the generic guns for the Japanese ones and Edits Wonder Weapon variations a bit.

~~ Additionally this mod also "fixed" the sound loop for railway guns where, after firing once they become mute no matter how long you watch their cannons fire. Now when ever the railway gun fires their cannons, the sound will properly play.

There was a line of code in the game that had the railway gun only play their "fire" sound once, I only switched it off so that the sound will loop for railway guns. ~~
