TNO: USA GUI rework

Hello folks, Curvinghawk_5 here again, and we are finally done, the sub-mod is here to ruin your US games as you now feel the need to start again and enable this mod. What does this sub-mod do, it basically reworks the US GUI to make it for fun and more useful, some of the feature included are:

• You can now campaign in the GUI for the elections and easily see where you and your opposition are doing so

• You can now easily see which senate seats are up for elections and when they next go up to plan your campaign accordingly

• You no longer need to make your own littler thing to show this sub how your election campaigns went for president, as the format is now present for the mod

• You can now easily see which senators and how many are supporting you and a new look for bills as a whole

• You can now do deep dives into the states and look at roughly what to expect the state to vote for in upcoming elections so you can feel like a real campaign manager

• A way to view all the previous presidential elections that took place in your game and their results

• An all new sub-mod exclusive House mechanic

• And a new screen for the political landscape decision tab with quotes to go with the part unities and the societal unity
