Old World Blues: Whispers of the Past OUTDATED

Due to the changes in OWB 4.0, this mod is pretty much unplayable. An update to this mod will sadly take a complete rework due to the map changes and the addition of the Navarro Territories. In this light an update will not come anytime soon. But, I am working on other content so there is stuff in the works just not for this mod. It will eventually get an update to work with the new version just will take some time. Thank you for all the support! This being my first mod made me learn a lot and I can promise when the new version of this comes out it will be a lot better.

The Cascadia region, once free and wild under the Umbra tribe with only Navarro being the bastion of civilization, has now come under proxy NCR control. The junta of the Cascadian Territory Administration under General Clayton Torres has been tasked with the hard job of civilizing the northern region. Although there is no peace within the makeshift government. Even though Torres is the head of state, two others plot to gain influence in an attempt to overthrow the NCR backed state.

In the south, Richard Lincoln, the head of the Cascadian Ranger detachment is gathering a political base around his dream of the old world. Planning to remove the junta and replace the tyranny with the old stars and stripes.

In the north, Hamilton Moore, part of the Corps of Engineers, has set up a city fueled by technology and looking to the future. For Moore, utopia is the end goal of civilization and only through technology is it possible.

Who will you back in the power struggle, the iron fisted Torres? The starry eyed Lincoln? Or the dream seeking Moore?

BTW this is my first mod and there are bound to be issues and bugs with my code and such. Also my gfxs aren’t the best at times due to me not being an artist. If any of the gfxs are of somewhat good quality it is most likely from another mod like Old World Blues or Enclave Reborn. All paths for the CTA has been finished. As the goal of this mod being an alternate history mod for Fallout with emphasis on bringing old ideas to the wasteland I am not finished with the mod. I already have ideas for a new nation I want to create, but if you guys have any ideas I would love to hear. I hope you enjoy!
