Old World Blues Continuous Focuses Redux

A version of Striker Eureka's Old World Blues "New Continuous Focuses" mod made compatible with current Old World Blues (made with his permission and blessing)

Features: This submod adds 9 new continuous focuses: -Robot Production: Reduces robot production cost by 10% -Resource Gain: 10% resource gain efficiency. -Recruitable Population Growth: Increases population growth by 30% and grants +10 weekly manpower -Recruitable Population: Adds 2.5% conscription and +50% mobilization speed -Motorized Production: Reduces motorized production cost by 15% -APC Production: Reduces APC production cost by 10% -Tank Production: Reduces Tank production cost by 10% -Factory Construction: Increases construction speed of military factories + naval dockyards by 5%, while reducing conversion cost by 15%. -Energy Gain Boost: Increases fuel gain from states by 10%
