This version works differently, as stuff like ammunition production has been removed for the sake of convenience. Rations are still in the game.

Wheat is consumed by your population, and rations production for military use

Wood is consumed by Offices (for paper) and Infantry Weapons

Coal is consumed by Fossil Fuels and a few equipment types

Globalization of your economy can pull in lots of money, as EVERY country needs stuff like wheat in order to function. Increasing your domestic wheat production through decisions could revolutionize your economy within a few years, and you will realistically be able to sanction countries out of their wheat, coal, or wood.

Offices consume 2 wood Fossil Fuel Industries consume 2 coal

(Farms have been moved to decisions because I don't want to go through the Millennium Dawn buildings system without destroying stuff)
