Achieve Nakam together with our best friend Abba Kovner from his cradle in Ostland!

FEATURES:

• Events for Kovner's Victory in Eastern Europe, End of Germany, and Great Eastern War.
• End of Germany, Great Eastern War, and East European Unification Superevents.
• Decisions to invade and core the eastern RKs after victory in the OCW.
• Decision to bring Nakam to Germany once you unite eastern europe.

BUG FIXES:

• Hopefully fixed decision category not showing up by making it activate using the Kovner Wins in Ostland event.
• Coring Ostland gives you 1000 Political Power so that you don't have to worry about your budget destroying your pp gain.
• Fixed Invading Moskowien not declaring war on Tichwin.
• Fixed Invasion of the Caucasus fixed so that you actually invade the Caucasus.
• Minor grammar errors in localisation fixed.
