x10 BETA

I've taken the mod by SirPika (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1474125093) and have updated it to the newer versions of hoi4. What the mod tries to do is to, in essence, multiply all modifiers by 10. In my mod, not every modifier is actually multiplied by 10, whether it is because I thought it would not be fun or whether they would straight up cause the game to break. However, the modifiers that I chose to not multiply by 10 are often multiplied by smaller numbers, like x5, x3 or x2. The same goes for negative modifiers: most haven’t been multiplied by 10, but for example x5, x3 or (again), x2.

Things that are still missing:

• The Italian national focus tree.
• Most events (Only “stability_events” “AcePilots” and German recruitment events are fully done. Some/ most events that have to do with the focus trees are also already multiplied however.
