MD: Squadron Size Air Wings

Submod for Millennium Dawn that changes the Air Wing size to be equal to that of a squadron.

-AS Fighters, MR Fighters, STK Fighters, drones , and CAS are set at 24 aircraft.
-Any heavy aircraft such as strategic bombers or maritime patrol aircraft are set to 12 aircraft.
-Carrier MR fighters are 12 to a squadron on the carrier and 24 on land.
-Light carrier fighters are 6 on the carrier and 24 on land.
-Helicopters are 4 on ships and 24 on land. -AWACS aircraft are 4 on land and 2 on carriers.

The small carrier squadrons are to enable mixing aircraft and to make it easier to use smaller carriers and amphibious assault ships. Mod has been updated so that transport planes are set to 50. Anything below 50 seems to prevent airborne operations.

Incompatible with any mod that changes air wing size or adds any new air unit types. Should be compatible with everything else. May cause lag, untested though. Please let me know if there are any bugs.
