This mod adds a focus tree to every nation that doesn't have one.
It isn't very much, and it certainly is NOT decades of content, (I may revise this later with more focuses) but it makes it plausible to play as any nation you want, and DO anything you want.
I highly advise you use a mod that allows you to set the gamerules in TNO, or use NOCB in the console, to allow you to justify wargoals and all that other fancy stuff. Currently I do not know how to do that myself yet.
If your CPU dies, that is very likely because there is a ton of nations all having focuses being done. I pray that whatever deity you believe in blesses your computer so that it doesn't become a thermonuclear bomb.

UPDATE 2.0: Missing focuses were fixed and now available to be taken.
